What's the hitch and how can we do this so cheaply? Like any other professional practice such as an attorney or accountant, we bill you for our expenses, subject to your pre-approval of course. We are sure that the money you save on the traditional 5-6% listing will be far more than the prudent advertising budget we will prepare for you based on our knowledge and experience of what works in the market.
Option II - Flat Fee Full Service Listing $3,500
This option is for sellers who want to save money, take advantage of full service brokerage, and don't mind partially prepaying the commission
Option III - Flat Fee MLS for $495
This option is for you die-hard For Sale By Owners and do-it-yourself- ers. If all you need to get your home sold is a listing on MLS, and you are willing to pay a buyer's broker if they bring you a buyer, then this option is for you.
