    Property Condition Disclosure
    By law, sellers of residential properties must give this to their buyers, or give
     the buyers a $500 credit at closing. It is recommended that you consult your
     attorney before giving it to your buyers.

    Lead Paint Disclosure
    By law, if your property was built before 1978, you must disclose if you have
     any knowledge of lead paint in the home.

    Offer to Purchase
